Quality Testing

Each bag undergoes rigorous testing to ensure reliability under everyday use and extreme conditions. From material durability and structural integrity to zipper performance and weight-bearing capacity, every detail is thoroughly tested to meet our high standards.

Choose us for quality and reliability. Our bags are designed for your specific use cases, whether for daily use or travel, they are effortlessly handled.

Zipper Load Test

Backpack zippers are pulled and closed 600 times under simulated stress. We check zipper smoothness, slider firmness, and durability. This ensures the zipper functions well, free from jams, tooth loss, or slider damage during frequent use.

Backpack Jolt Test

Using professional equipment, 250 repeated jolts are applied to backpacks to simulate daily knocks. The overall stability, connection firmness, and component integrity are evaluated to ensure post-impact functionality, without loose parts, fraying, or damage.

Color Fastness Test

Color fastness ensures a backpack's lasting appearance.Tested to international standards: outer fabric and leather components undergo 10 dry and wet friction tests; lining undergoes 10 dry tests. All materials passed, with no fading.

Plastic Buckle Test

For backpack plastic buckles, 1000 repeated insertions and extractions are performed to test smooth operation and force resistance, ensuring easy use, tight locking, and no accidental opening for item safety.

Hardware Corrosion Resistance Test

In backpack quality checks, hardware durability matters. For zipper sliders, buckles, hinges, etc., we conduct a 16 - hour salt spray test. Ensuring no rust - or corrosion - related function or aesthetic issues during long - term use.

Sewing Strength Test

The backpack utilizes chain stitching with high-tenacity threads for enhanced seam strength. Testing under 20°C and 65% humidity shows seams withstand 547N of force, surpassing the 300N industry standard. This ensures durability, with no thread slippage or breakage, even under frequent use and heavy loads.

Strap Flexibility Test

The strap, a critical part of backpacks under frequent force, undergoes 500 repeated bends. This simulates daily folding and tests its material's flexibility and durability, ensuring it won't break or damage easily and can bear loads reliably during long-term use.
