Warranty Period

The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

  • Zippers that can no longer open or close
  • Fabric tears making the product unusable
  • Wheels, handles, or telescoping handles that break off and are no longer usable

This Warranty Does Not Cover
  • Normal wear and tear or other non-functional changes in the product's appearance
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
  • Damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

Eligibility for Warranty Service

To qualify for warranty service, you must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or order screenshot)
  • A description of the defect or issue with the product
  • Photos or videos of the defective product (if applicable)

What We Will Do

If, during the warranty period, your product proves to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, we will:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal value, or
  • Provide a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion

  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 1-3 working days
  • If a return is required, follow the instructions provided by our team and ship the product to the specified address
